WHY AM I NOT SEEING ANYTHING ABOUT GALIO BEING BUSTED!?

Seriously. When Galio one shots your ADC with only his Q, something is wrong. I understand making him more viable in the meta (Lol) but what the hell is going on? And how is he still not disabled?

He is one shotting squishies every time his moves are up. That is a problem.
