So just curious as to why RIOT thought it necessary to take 's ult, give it an AD ratio, tack on a gap closer to it and give it to ?

%missing HP damage isn't some unique mechanic that only Garen is magically entitled to.

Thats not the point, the point is the literary took Garens ult buffed it and gave it to rek......

I would ask you to explain the similarities, but I'm just going to burst your bubble by showing how they're different:

Demacian Justice

Passively marks the enemy with the most recent kills as a Villain - Garen deals bonus True Damage to these Champions with his basic attacks and Judgement.
Actively, Garen smites a single target enemy with the might of Demacia, dealing Magic Damage based on level plus %Missing Health damage per level. Also deals True Damage if the target is the Villain.
Demacian Justice cannot be dodged.

Void Rush

Passively, enemy Champions recently damaged by Rek'Sai are marked for 5 seconds. Rek'Sai can target these marked Champions with the active use of her ult.
Actively, Rek'Sai screams and burrows into the earth, becoming untargetable before leaping at her target, dealing Physical damage based off the target's %Missing Health.
Oh, and enemies can dodge Void Rush.

If Rek'Sai's ult is "basically just Garen's ult", you obviously don't know what you're talking about.

I think your forgetting the fact that I said "Buffed" Garen Ult..... as in a more powerful version......

Garen VS Rek

Point and Click Execute Nuke
%Missing HP Garen: %Missing HP is 40% Rek: %Missing HP is 30%
Base Damage Garen: 525 Rek: 400

Demacian Justice cannot be dodged. Oh, and enemies can dodge Void Rush

Fun fact enemies can dodge Garens ult to :D (I guess ya do learn something new every day don't ya?) (Try getting out of his vision next time he presses R :), your welcome)

Know then for the BUFFS that more than compensate for the slightly less damage of Reks ult based on the stats above.

Rek: Gains a 1.6 AD Ratio. Not Bonus AD, Total AD. (Thats a VERY high ratio FYI)
Rek: 1200ish Range Uninterruptible Dash. (Unsure on the exact range but its roughly 2x caits AA range), Hint key words "Uninterruptible Dash" ooooh the value of mobility!!!!!!

Now I'm not forgetting that yes Garens ult does passively deal true damage, and can deal true damage its self. but only against 1 target.

But in my honest opinion, a 1200ish uninterruptible dashing execute nuke, is more powerful than a melee ranged executing nuke, even in true damage form.

Would you not agree with that last statement?

im just pointing this out cause i hate it when they take one champs skill buff it a shit ton and give it to some one else, she can still be an assassin but you dont have to rip off garen in the process.

apparently a rioter said that they want her to go full AD, especially with the ad ratio buff on her ult this pbe cycle

i don't think the direction suits her at all if true, especially with how much trouble she has entering and leaving fights

Garen's ultimate deals WAY more damage dude. Plus, his has the potential to deal true damage. Also, his kit is balanced differently, so comparing things like that isn't good. Garen's E is pretty deceivingly powerful for a basic ability.
