ARAMS and Dodges

ARAM should get its own special dodge penalty. I know many people suggest "locking in your champ" so that if you dodge you get the same one, but I think that would be really difficult to code and could lead to people locking in a champion they want to play with a better team comp if they think theres sucks. I think dodging on ARAM should incur a penalty timer specifically for ARAM that outlasts the regular penalty time. I.e if their penalty was 5 minutes, it should be 10 for ARAM specifically so that it discourages people from using dodging as another form of rerolling.
