Can we have a champion that has a skillshot and the first champion it hit it gives them mana if its an ally or if its an enemy it burns their mana (probably % so it is used as a counter against mana stacking champs rather than low mana champs, like syndra would be dead if it was a flat mana burn)
This champion would probably be a support/mage

You want to know what's actually OP? Free crit at level 1 is OP. Invincibility, being untargetable, and infinite mobility (abilities that cost NOTHING to use) is OP. We have champs who can chunk you for half your health if they hit you with a skillshot even once. We also have champs who get free stuff (movement speed, ability resets, cooldowns lowered, etc) just for getting an assist. With all this, you honestly think being able to restore an ally's mana is OP?
