the feeling of someone else's misery or "justice" as you call it is not something to feel good about.
If someone misbehaves, report them, and they will get what they deserve in time. No need to indulge in it.
I liked getting one of those from a Ranked game I won where a teammate went AFK, felt even better :)

These types of threads are cringey. Yeah, good that a toxic player got punished... but to get off on it is a little sad.
I usually feel a little remorse when I get those popups, because it's a few days after the fact and I don't care anymore. In fact, I really wish the button wasn't there at all, but Riot has done a good job fostering a tattletale community, where people would rather give up and soft int because if anyone complains they can just press their little report buttons.
But for those sorts of people it probably feels "even more satisfying than WINNING your ranked games."
