@Riot can you put pressure on ranked duos to not screw around?

So many duos are terrible to the point where the vast majority of the duos that win are solely smurfs. This has to stop. Discourage people from queue'ing duo in ranked if they refuse to perform to the best of their abilities. It's not fair to the rest of their teams to have a guaranteed loss. Granted it's not fair to enemy teams for duo smurfs to virtually guarantee losses either, but at least this solves one frustrating aspect of solo queue. **If ranked duos hard-feed and/or afk then there should be serious punishments for them respective to what happened, LP or otherwise. **

Then you can have botlane and jungle+solo lane duos that actually try, and never do stupid things midgame like leave or int just because they're getting carried or they no longer care about the match because they aren't carrying. On top of that, more people will take ranked games seriously because more other players are taking it seriously as well. Then maybe NA will even stop being the worst region - who knows?
