Edge of Night Nerfs

EoN is being nerfed on the PBE. Buff to cooldown is being reverted, AD is lowered by 5, and active durration lowered to 5 seconds from 10.

This is good, Riot is listening and realizes how busted this item is. Are these nerfs enough? In my opinion probably not, but it's a start. Thank God this is being addressed.
