I understand not liking the spurts of the BE system, and yeah i'd rather have an assured amount at the least, or less time between levels with lower rewards per level (Seriously half my reward and half my experience requirements)

Many of the people complaining, BUY the chests and keys. I am sure some of the complaints are from freebies, but a lot of people were buying chests because it was decent value. Now it is terrible value in their eyes.

Disenchanting an Ultimate skin shard at this point will not even get you enough OE to unlock a 975 skin shard. This is ridiculous.
