[Item Concepts] Crazed's Item Shuffle
so, With season 5 approaching, which also signals the end of my time with league for several years, I thought about how Riot is seeking to enhance Item actives for playstyles. I also thought about some of the items that have been removed from the game in the past and ways to bring them back. This is where I am going to both bring back and create unique items in League of Legends. Will these be balanced? Probably not, but could they potentially be balanced? I hope so.
So without further ado, Let's get started!

This item used to build out of the old Philosopher's stone (which was reworked into the NOmad's coin line) and would grant massive regen stats that would become permanent. I now suggest it as a cheaper item that uses the old build path of Philospher's stone
Eleisa's Miracle (NEW/REWORKED):
Rejuv Bead
+Farie Charm
+340 gold: Total of 700 gold
Stats: 50% Base HP regen and 25% Base mana Regen
REMOVED: AID
REMOVED: ELEISA'S BLESSING
This will be a lower tier item that will be used to build into newer items.
Goblet of Strife (NEW)
Chalice of Harmony
+ Pickaxe
+ Pickaxe
+ 470 = 3100 Gold
Stats: 60 AD
25 Magic Resistance
+75% Base Mana Regen
UNIQUE PASSIVE: Mana Font - Restores 1.5% of your missing mana each second.
UNIQUE PASSIVE: Soul Consumption (would be same passive as Grail's Non-named unique passive of mana restore on Kill) Restores only 5% of maximum Mana on kill or assist instead of Grails 7%
This is an AD Caster item providing mana regen and AD along with mana regen to some AD assassins.
Synar's Soul (NEW):
Eleisa's Miracle + Rejuv bead
+ Forbidden Idol
+ 900 gold = 2460 gold
STATS: +100% Base HP regen
+100% Base Mana regen
10% CDR
UNIQUE ACTIVE: Sacrifice of Soul - Consume 25% of your current HP to shield an ally for 75 times the targets lvl for 4 seconds and gain half the HP you consumed as a shield for yourself that lasts 2 seconds (Cooldown of 180 seconds) (Cannot be cast on Self)
Unique Passive: Shared Soul - HP regen increases based on %HP difference between you and highest HP ally. Regen increases by 2% for every 1% difference in current HP levels between you and your highest current% HP ally. (so say you're at 15% hp, an ally nearby is at 80% hp, your hp regen increases by 130%)
This is meant to be a more combat oriented support item than Crucible. This is meant to give your ally a HUGE in combat shield that leaves you vulnerable, while Crucible is meant to save an ally from what would likely be death causing CC while healing their hp slightly. This also provides elusive HP regen without granting HP (Soraka likes this item A LOT)
Void Reaper (NEW)
Vamp Sceptor
+ Forbidden Idol
+ 100 gold = 1600 gold
STATS: 15 AD
10% Lifesteal
10% CDR
UNIQUE PASSIVE: Energy Siphon - Restores 1% to 4% of your damage from basic auto attacks back as mana. This increases the more mana you're missing.
You can probably guess what this is going to be used for.
ESSENCE REAVER (RECIPE/COST CHANGES): VOID REAPER + BF SWORD + 350 gold = 3500 Gold (Same as BT now) STATS UNCHANGED UNIQUE PASSIVE RENAMED TO ENERGY SIPHON AND USES CURRENT MANA RESTORE LEVELS. (2% to 8%)
This is to incorporate the cost of the new item Void Reaper.
NEXT UP A new item that builds out of Phage. Phage has needed a new item since they changed Frozen mallet to remove phage from it's build path.
Twisted Sledge:
Phage
+ Vamp Sceptor
+ Long sword
+ 615 gold = 3100 Gold
STATS: 50 AD
10% Lifesteal
Unique Passive: Fury - Gain 30 movement speed on hit from basic attacks and 75 on Kill
Unique Active: Engorgement - You grow in size gaining 50 range and twice the movement speed from Fury for the next 5 seconds. (60 speed from autos, 150 on kill) 2 minute cooldown
MELEE ONLY
