[CHAMPION PREVIEW] A Rose in the Wind

An old folk lore goes around in Ionia. A girl, although very young, protects all children from harm. Nobody knows her name, despite her being seen many times.

Children make storys on how she'll come help them with their homework, and smaller problems, and she stands, watching, unable to be seen. She laughs at their ideals, as they are very happy and minor. She knows that in all the harm in the world, there has to be a happy place, a place of love and protection.

She will be this place.

EDIT: The actual champion will be created this afternoon or tomorrow, depending on time!

This sounds so close to a concept that I'm working on. must finish fast and post it before you do.

Real talk though: our champ concepts are probably going to to overlap quite a bit. :/

It may or may not overlap. One question to confirm or deny this:

What kind of champion is yours? A support? A tank?

support AND (off) tank. she's sort of a hybrid AP/tank meant to play support but could also mid. I don't want to give details though.

also I upvoted because f*** downvoting someone's neat idea. I only ever downvote if someone is being really negative or trying to hijack a thread for their own purposes. Or if something makes absolutely zero sense to me.

Agreed, and it appears they may not share as much in common as you think.

She is played as a mage with supportive abilities. She can help her allies or go alone, but she will never be apart from them for too long...

I'm getting overwhelmed with all the characters and lore swirling around in my head. I have 4 different characters and two different, completely separate story lines overlapping and tugging at my attentions right now xD. I should just focus on one and get it over with, but I love both of them so much.

Write everything down, that helps for me.

I also wait a bit to let the champs 'incubate' per say, sometimes I can get a concept down, but it can take weeks for the kit to reveal itself (Putting the finishing touches on my 2nd concept's kit).

Don't put one away and work on the other, write everything down in your creative stupor, otherwise it escapes you ;_;

ikr. I write so much stuff. all the time. I just don't know who to really focus on, cause I get an idea from one champion that transfers well to a different champ.

Same here, I had like 6-7 at some point. I wrote one down, and put two in the community beta.

For some reasons they are always devolved from songs... After the song they just pop up.

Yeah I get a load of inspiration from songs. Vishnu's Peacemaker was inspired by the song by Greenday. And I know it's actually a speech by J. Robert Oppenheimer, but the bit at the beginning of that post is inspired by a Linkin Park song, and had a heavy influence on the creation of Vishnu
