[Champion Concept] Dalia : The Piltover Spitfire

Passive - Rocket Fuel - Dalia Can Store up to 3 tanks of rocket fuel. Damage dealt by Dalia fills her fuel tanks. After filling a single tank Dalia's engines pulls with power dealing a burst of damage to nearby enemies.

Q - Air strike - Bombards target location with missiles. Deals increased damage to targets poisoned by rocket fuel.

W - Coupling - Fires a tethered projectile that impales target enemy dealing magic damage and slowing them. Fills one tank over time if the tether is not broken. Ability can be reactivated, at the cost of one fuel tank, to reverse the flow of coupling, poisoning the target with rocket fuel.

E - Runway - Dalia Leans forward, increasing her movement speed by 50%. Reactivate runway consuming 1 fuel tank, increasing movement speed by 100% knocking aside enemies in her path and dealing magic damage.

R - Afterburner - Dalia Raises her altitude becoming untargetable while continuously draining fuel over time. Enemies below are scorched by her exhaust.
