This idea is quite unique, though its more like a hybrid between Rengar and Nidalee. Nidalee's Traps and Rengars Lassos means ultimate destruction.
Fan made champions are always a hilarious riot to read, because they are invariably stupidly OP. You realize Skarner's ult pull only lasts 1.75 seconds? And this champ's Q ability is over twice that? Not to mention you could just use it pull them into any trap from there, meaning zero counter play.
I don't know where people come up with their ideas, but it is like they don't even think about the abilities they design other than, "Oh man this'd be so cool!"
