Before I give you my champion designs I would like to say that I want constructive criticism and feedback. This is my first positing and I hope it goes well. Also I have just finished Rion, The Demacian Drone, and Lilian, The Call of the Wild, If you guys want to take a look at them!

So without further ado I give you my two champion designs.

My first champion is of a dragon named Dragos, The Creature of the Night. I will not go into lore yet but I have one prepared later in the post.

Passive: If Dragos exits the vision of the enemy for 1 second, he becomes stealthed for an additional .5/1/1.5 seconds at levels 1/7/15. Attacking cancels stealth.

To Clarify: Dragos is stealthed for as long as he is not visible to the enemy team +.5/1/1.5 seconds.

Q, Ability 1, Fire bolt: Dragos fires a bolt of fire at a targeted location doing AOE and DOT damage. (edited in) To clarify this ability would have a semi-short range, not a long range that you might expect from Ezreal Q or Jinx W.(end edit)

initial magic damage is 80/100/140/170/200 (+.5 ability power)

Dot damage is 10/15/20/30/40 (+.25 ability power)

Mana cost: 25/30/35/40/40

Cooldown is 20/18/16/14/12 seconds, Although the long cooldown Dragos can hold up to 4 charges of Fire Bolt at a time and each one can be cast every 2 seconds. Additionally He regains charges upon killing enemy champions, the amount of charges restored scales with rank going like this 1/1/2/2/3.

W, ability 2, fly high/smackdown: Dragos flies up becoming untargetable for 1.5 seconds, during this time he can reactivate the ability to activate smackdown in which Dragos cuts short the 1.5 seconds of untargetable and slams down in targeted location dealing 70/90/110/140/170 (+ .7 total attack damage). If the ability is not reactivated he comes back down in the same spot but his passive is activated so he is stealthed when he comes down.

Mana cost: 50/55/60/65/70

Cooldown: 18/16/12/10/8 seconds

E, ability 3, Scale Strike: Dragos passively gains bonus armor and magic resist (while ability is on cooldown the passive is not in effect)

armor and magic resist: 5/10/15/20/25

also upon activating the ability the passive is doubled for the next 5 seconds, additionally 4 scales circle Dragos each of which deals10/15/20/25/30 (+.25 ability power) true damage. Additionally reactivating the ability re-enforces Dragos's claws. Dragos's next basic attack deals 40/60/90/120/150 (+.5 bonus AD). However, scales destroyed while circling Dragos make the reactivation deal 100/80/60/40% of the damage.

Mana cost: 60/65/70/75/80

Cooldown: 10/9/8/7/6 seconds

R, ability 4, Time to Disappear: Dragos targets an enemy champion and surrounds them with darkness, cutting off their vision and terrifying them for 1/1.5/2 seconds. Additionally during this time Dragos fires 6 blasts of fire at the targeted enemy. Each blast of fire deals 50/70/90 (+.1 ability power) for a total damage of 300/420/540 (+.6 ability power)

Mana Cost: 100/125/150

Cooldown: 120/100/80 seconds

This is my first idea/creation and I hope you like it, now on to the one I'm not sure how much you all will like, it introduces and new kind of how to know your enemy And a way to make the champion your own...

Milan, The Knowledge Scientist

Milan's passive is Know your enemy, Milan gains ability power whenever he kills an enemy/neutral unit.

Minions and monsters: level 1: 1 ability power per unit, level 7: 2 ability power per unit, level 15: 3 ability power per unit.

Enemy Champions: level 1: 3 ability power per champion, level 7: 4 ability power per champion, level 15: 5 ability power per champion.

Milan's Q or first ability is force pulse. Milan fires out a well, force pulse that deals high damage to the first unit it hits, then greatly reduced damage to the rest of the enemies in the line. Initial damage to the first unit is 90/120/150/180/210 (+.8 ability power)

damage reduced to the rest of the units is 25/30/35/40/50% of initial damage.

Mana Cost: 50/55/60/65/70

Cooldown is a flat 7 seconds

Milan's W or second ability is Forcefield: it puts a shield up around Milan that absorbs damage for a 4 seconds. Reactivating the ability fires a charged ball of energy at targeted enemy, dealing damage equal to the remaining hitpoints of the shield. Shield hitpoints 60/100/140/180/220 (+.6 ability power)

Mana cost: 65/70/75/80/85

Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8 seconds

Milan's E or third ability is Power Dash: Milan uses powerful engines in his suit to make him dash at a supersonic speed for a short peroid of time. Milan dashes to targeted location and does 50/80/100/120/150 (+.4 ability power).

Mana cost: flat 70

Cooldown: flat 2 seconds. This ability can be used very quickly in succession BUT the mana cost doubles each time you cast it within 10 seconds, and it caps at 700, so theoretically you could be dashing around for 700 mana.

R, ability 4, Power swap: This is the point at which you will either love or hate this champion.

Passive, Rearrange: by clicking and dragging abilities you can rearrange abilities as you please, you cannot move the ultimate, damage, mana and specials to certain abilities stay the same, however CD and CD specials such as with E stay in that spot and do not move.

No cost mana

has a 10 second cooldown

Active: Milan uses the matter creators in his suit to recreate the special items that champions use (I.E. Draven's axes, Ezreal's glove, Darius' axe,) and uses his databases to copy certain movements that other champions use. (I.E. Ahri's spirit rush, Nasus's whatever makes him go big, Kassadin's riftwalk).

What it does: Milan mimics the ultimate of an allied or enemy champion for the next 45/60/90 seconds. Their ultimate replaces his for that period of time and he can use it as he pleases. enemy team's teemo getting on your nerves? place your own shrooms to get them back. Any ultimates that us stacks immediately start off with 1. When mimicking a champion who's ultimate is on cooldown the cooldown is refreshed.

Transform ultimate's cannot be copied duo to the suit needing to stay in human form.

Yi's ult stays EXACTLY the same as it is on him (CD and everything)

Mana cost: 100/125/150

Cooldown: 60/75/90 seconds

Remember I am looking for constructive criticism!!! I hope you like it! ZeroGravityClash

Edit 1: Dragos: changed passive to .5/1/1.5 seconds. dialed back damage on his Q to 80/100/140/170/200 from 80/110/150/190/220 and damage over time to 10/15/20/30/40 from 10/20/30/40/50.

Edit 2: Dragos: another change to Dragos's passive.

the first part of his W now activates his passive.

Almost entire revision of Dragos's E. Circling scales now deal 10/15/20/25/30 (+.25 ability power) true damage, from a flat 30 (.1 Ability Power) activation no longer scales with ability power and is now a next basic attack physical damage dealer.

Added clarification for his Q

Revised ULT Fear now lasts 1/1.5/2 seconds from 2/3/4 Initial damage reduced to 50/70/90 per shot from 60/80/100 Ability scale increased to .1 from .09 for a total of 300/420/540 (+.6 ability Power) from 360/480/600 (+.54).

Milan Ult changes: No longer changes between ranks. ability power bonus taken out. Ability change now is passive (read more above). the cooldown changed to 60/75/90 seconds from 120/100/90. Damage upon using on an enemy champion taken out. extra added.

Clarification on what Milan is: Milan is a scientist who has a special Knowledge suit that records everything he has ever seen, done, or seen done. This suit has matter generators on the wrists(the inside part like you see when looking at your palm). Engines behind the Achilles tendon of the foot. Force pulse generators on the front part of your arm near your hand (like if your looking at the back of your hand) and Forcefield generators in the fingertips. Edit 2 is complete. Thank you all for your wonderful feedback and I hope to hear more! :D

Edit 3: bolded some stuff to make it stick out and look more tidy. Also I thought I might say that Dragos and Milan would have an egg with them. Some kind of extra that only happens when the two are near each other. Changed a few mana cost's to scale up instead of down.

Oh and the lore! I almost forgot about it! Well here it goes

Dragos was once a proud creature who raided villages to steal food, but soon he was captured by a group of scientists who wanted to find out what made his raids so successful, they did "experiments" on him for the sake of "science" They tortured him in the name of science. One night when he thought he would have to spend his entire life in this crazy, bright, electronic torture chamber the bars of his cage went down. He wondered if it was some kind of test. A scientist came up in a technology suit and said "I'm getting you out" Dragos and the scientist found refuge in League of Legends and thats how it came to be...

Milan was a scientist questing for knowledge. He had studied many plants, animals, yordles, almost anything you can think of in runescape, one day the gatherers of these great specimens came in with a struggling dragon, He wanted to study the dragon but it looked as if it would be hard to study with all the thrashing. The high ranking scientists of the facility allowed him to watch as they preformed experiments on him. The dragon was being tortured if you will. One night he had snagged the security card of one of the high ranking scientist and he busted the Dragon, who he now knew as Dragos, out. He knew that they wouldn't be able to stay anywhere near the lab after he had gotten the dragon out, so he found a place that was secluded that they could stay. League of Legends.

I don't see the point of switching your abilities in the level 1 and 2 ults. Am I missing something?

And the level 3 ult is a little confusing. I take it you mean that if the target ults within 90s of being marked, Milan copies their ult? This might work for projectiles like Lux's lazer and one-time deals like amumu's stun, but what about ahri's dash or kassadin's rift-walk? It's an interesting concept, but I think the in-game mechanics would be a bit tough.

Good effort developing these two! I'd love to see more concepts.

Quick questions, is Dragos a melee champion? Also, on his ult, do his 6 blasts target the enemy or is it just a sort of skill shot? I ask because that would be a little bit OP if you could not dodge the blasts on his ult (which is basically impossible anyways with the terror) and you are put into terror in which he could fire off all of his Q blasts and then follow up with his smackdown and shield when you try to escape if you are still alive. He could literally one shot anybody. Just a thought but he sounds pretty interesting :) I like it.

Thoughts on dragos:

The kit seems a little overloaded to me but I think you've got some interesting ideas in there.

When I say overloaded, I mean you have insane damage/burst(lots of big ratios on charge-spamable skills), from range, with cc (slow/terror), and escape mechanisms (stealth/the repel -like skill), and a defensive shield spell (which is also VERY strong offensive with it's 1.0ap ratio and true dmg). This is sort of the problem elise suffers from now, and why she is super heavily used in LCS and why they are looking to tweak her.

I like the passive stealth primise. I think 2s would be way OP, but maybe 0.5-1s would be interesting. It could play similar to rengar when he jumps from bushes. But then I think you have to build more cohesiveness into the kit. Like, if you have this stealth thing going, what's it useful for? It seems like the dmg skills are all ranged, so what does he need to stealth for? maybe if hes melee and you change some of his ranged damage spells to on-next-hit spells, the stealth would make more sense. This would synergize with the shield idea too (which sounds sort-of like dianas shield spell?). The idea being, you are strong when you can get up to someone to use your skills, but if someone can zone/kite you you have a real strength/weakness going. League design is all about building play/counterplay. In this paradigm, then stealth would be a vital part of his kit for closing distance to use his low range spells. I like how the elise-repel-like skill would fit in that kit as well: you can get in close with stealth and use your low-range high dmg, then repel for safety. You could even then make the repel re-activate your passive to play mind games where you can come down early and try to sneak away in stealth vs stay up longer and they won't know which you're doing.

One last small thing, why does the repel ability have an AD ratio (and a high one) when the rest of his kit is ap?

For Milan:

Without commenting much on the basics of his kit, I really like the premise of the ult in theory (I think that's super creative and would be very interesting), but it seems like it would be really messy to implement practically and wouldn't really mesh with the expectation of how you interact with skills in LoL. If you're familiar with DotA, there are a lot of characters that have very fundamentally different skill controls (ie. invoker), but league tends to be pretty homogeneous at a fundamental level. I think vi-dash/zac-jump and rumble-ult are about the most unique skills to control and interact with. But you'd really have to fundamentally change even the skill interface to be able to modify and mix skills like you suggest. I just don't see riot going in that sort of direction.

Let me know what parts of my feedback you agree with.

Thanks for sharing =)

Fears on any champion are incredibly intimidating. Just speaking straight about Dragos. Look at how much Fiddle was scrutinized, Dragos will suffer the same fate... Just saying.

Milan, on the other had has some incredible ideas with the "mimic" (as I will dub it) ability. Very interesting. But, will be banned as soon as a "High Burst Ulti" Champ is picked... again just saying.

Amazing ideas though, your thought process behind each champion is commendable. I really enjoyed reading all of it. I was, I have to say... inspired. Keep up the good work. And keep playing LOL :P

I don't have any solid criticism at the moment, but I do like the design.
