Hi guys I'm here with another champion concept Zooks, the Bookkeeper!

Zooks is a short ranged, ranged champion. He specializes in long ranged spells and assisting his allies. Zooks is a dragon but very small for one. He carries a pencil and a notepad and shoots energy from the tip of his pencil as a basic attack.

Base Stats

Health ---------------------400 (+77)

Attack damage -----50 (+2.625)

Health regen. --------4.25 (+0.55)

Attack speed ---------0.55 (+2%)

Mana ---------------------- 270 (+50)

Armor --------------------- 18.25 (+4)

Mana regen. --------- 6.25 (+0.6)

Magic res. ------------- 30 (+0)

Range -------------------- 400 (Ranged)

Mov. speed ----------- 350

Passive: Beware the Wizard/ Beware the Warrior

Beware the wizard: upon reaching 30% health, if he is targeted/attacked by a RANGED ENEMY CHAMPION his pencil turns into a scepter. He gains 25-250 attack range and gains 20-120 attack damage. Both based on level. (this lasts until he leaves combat for 10 seconds.)

Beware the Warrior: upon reaching 30% health, if he is targeted/attacked by a MELEE ENEMY CHAMPION his pencil turns into a powerful magic sword. He loses 250-200 attack range, gains 10-100 bonus ability power, and 50-500 health, all based on level. (this lasts until he leaves combat for 10 seconds)

Cooldown: 120-60 seconds based on level. Cooldown starts when scepter/sword return to pencil.

Ability 1, Vaporize

Using the power of his notepad, Zooks empowers his pencil to shoot a bolt of pure energy at a target. If this ability puts the target below 50% health they are slowed by 10% until they get back above 50% health. Also if they are hit in the back and get below 50% health they are stunned for 1 second.

Magic Damage: 50/65/80/95/125 (+.6 ability power)

Mana Cost: 50/60/65/70/75

Cooldown: 10/9/8/7/6 seconds

Ability 2, Scripting

Zooks scripts one of many items into play (chosen like TF card) each item does a specific thing.

Box: Zooks covers himself with a box that has 100 / 130 / 160 / 190 / 220 (+.1 ability power) health. The box makes him invisible like teemo, if he is moved or moves he can be seen.

Stone Wall: Zooks creates an impassible terrain wall that has a length of 300 / 400 / 500 / 600 / 700 units.

Chef's Delight: Zooks creates a cookie that removes all Crowd Control, and status effects (Teemo poison, Grievous Wounds...) and heals and restores mana to him. and if he wants to he will share with an ally because he is nice like that.

Health restored: 50 / 80 / 100 / 120 / 150 (+.25 ability power)

Mana Restored: 70 / 90 / 110 / 155 / 200

Mana Cost: 45 / 55 / 65 / 76 / 85

Cooldown: 15 / 14 / 13 / 12 / 11

Ability 3, shock field

Zooks writes "shock field" down on his notepad then his notepad releases a shock wave that deals magic damage to all enemies on its way out. on its way in the shock field heals allied units for 25% of the damage dealt and gives Zooks a shield equal to 75% of the damage dealt.

Magic Damage: 30 / 45 / 60 / 75 / 90 (+.5 ability power) TO ALL ENEMIES HIT BY SHOCK FIELD.

Mana Cost: 80 / 90 / 100 / 110 / 120

Cooldown: 18 / 16 / 14 / 12 / 10 seconds

** Ability 4, Shadow Script**

Zooks becomes invisible for 1 second and gains 40/60/85 movement speed for 4 seconds. After he is un-stealthed, his image is changed so it looks like one of the shadows he releases. At the same time, Zooks releases 8/16/24 shadows from his original location that wander around and give slight vision. If an enemy attacks one of the shadows they receive 10% of the damage they would have dealt back at them in magic damage. shadows and Zooks' disguise last for 7/10/15 (+.009 ability power) seconds. Each shadow looks as if it has the same stats, buffs and debuffs as Zooks had when he began the ability.

Shadows die if they are hit by 2/3/4 (+.01 ap) times.

Mana Cost: 60/65/70

Cooldown: 120/105/90 seconds

I am looking for constructive critisism and feedback please! This design took a lot of thought and work and I would like to hear what you have to say!

ZeroGravityClash

Edit 1: lowered damage on Q and changed name from Pulverize to Vaporize. increased mana restore on Chef's Delight. decreased per enemy damage on Shock Field.

Clarification: Each shadow is completely harmless unless attacked. When attacked they deal 10% of the damage that would be dealt to them back to the person that attacked them. Each shadow gives about the vision of a Teemo Shroom and wanders around aimlessly until the end of the spell. Changed passive up a bit. lowered length of stone wall.

shadows now can be killed. added mana cost and cooldown to Zook's ult

your ideas are great with lore and what not but i very much disagree with what abilities do......

passive) its great i love it

1)infinite slow until they get above 50% hp yeah helllllllll no... also ability one cant be named pulverize because thats alistar's q

2)box: does it gain a shield? you say an amount but you dont say of what... also the have invis ability is kinda dumb chef's delight: doesnt make sense you cant use the ability to get out of cc if you currently are cc'd unless you can use it liek a gp "remove scurvy"

3)okay wayyyyy too much utility lets cut off some parts to that

4)very clever but lets reduce the number of shadows sent out and make them "die" after a few shots.....

i like your ideas but you suffer from a very common thing when it comes to people trying to create a new champ and that thing is called "trying to make the most overpowered champ ever" syndrome... its a real thing look it up

however i like the ideas

First off, *criticism (lol)

The passive is an interesting concept, but it looks like your enemies have control over your stance. If they don't want you to be ranged/ap, they'll just send in a melee champ to attack you first.

Pulverize sounds pretty strong OP for a Q spell

Scripting is an interesting idea. I will say that the mana restore part is kind of weird. You have to use up 85 mana to gain 150 mana? basically you're only gaining 65 mana, which is less than the cost of the spell. That's why soraka's mana restore is free, and she can't cast it on herself.

Shock field is cool, but I feel like it should be an ultimate ability, not an E.

24 is a lot of shadows. do the shadows attack enemies, or do they just wander around like roaming wards? also can they be killed?

I like the overall concept (I've got a completely different librarian champ concept ready to go, just haven't posted it yet). My only suggestion is that some of his abilities are quite strong and could use a little tweaking. I agree with dsnipe; making super-OP champs is certainly fun, but you've got to consider how someone playing against your champ would feel.

Keep up the great work!
