Behold, Shen 2.0! This version is* drastically *different from his actual appearance, but that's the point. He might lead the Kinkou (who I don't view as ninjas at all; they just use ninja-like techniques), but he's a tank in-game... so I tried to make him look the part. Besides, Shen doesn't do a lot of hiding. Like, at all. A lot of Samurai inspiration went into this.

Well... I have to critize. Assuming this will be taken 1:1.

Shen, though from the Kinkou Order, wears in this picture too many plates. The Kinkou Order teaches balance and swiftness, thus makes it unrealistic. Shen is a master, so he needs to use his technique in order to defend, attack and taunt.
Where is Shen's second sword?
The pauldrons are too similiar to Garen ones, although there is a slight similiarity.
The helmet is too generic and seems like its trying to copy Pantheon. Shen wears a mask for the lower half of his head. Even though we talk about a visual upgrade.... its still not good enough.
Bags? Why does Shen have bags? Looks unreal to me.

That's my two cents. I'm already waiting for the downvotes for my honest opinion.

Oh, he looks like he can actually take a hit (at least more so than what you'd expect of a squishy champion), nice.

Shen is definitely one of my favorite champs, and I have absolutely zero problems with this. Good work!

I definitely think you have the right direction here, though as the poster below pointed out, Shen has at least two swords. The helmet is cool but it just doesn't feel as ninja like as a mask. I think you accomplish the tank part fine with the armor, the helmet feels unnecessary and clashes too much with his lore.

I like the details on the wood. Very nice.
