Modding the Announcer
How do I go about personally making my own Announcer Voice mod?
EDIT: Converting files and sticking sounds in, not recording my own sounds

Blue Socialist1 votesAlright, so from what I've figured out, the sound files are saved with a bnk extension and a wpk extension. Any sound file to be replace it will have to be in that particular format. If you're looking for the specific directories to check out, take a look at the description in this.
