[CHAMPION CONCEPT] Aeiris, The Wind's Voice

Aeiris is a child in her mid teens, and was always quiet and observant. Aeiris was taking lessons on how to use swords, in case she needed to defend herself. This wasn't a choice, she was forced by her parents. As holidays and events passed, she watched. She never stood up for any reason but to stay alive; she lay down all day to feel the breeze around her.
When the festival of leaves, an event in her village symbolizing that fall had begun, had started, she heard voices in the wind. They sounded hostile.She located which way the wind was blowing and ran in that direction, eventually meeting a woman, surronded by 5 men. The woman held a blade in her hand. When she arrived, the woman immediately threw the sword at her. She catches it with ease, but becomes the new target.
She takes the blade out and backs away, but when one of the men rush her, instinct takes over. She sidesteps at the last second and leaves a large gash in the man's back. Another one attempted to do the same, this time she stabs him through the back. The other three men run.
"Are you alright?" she asks the woman. The woman nods. As she is about to ask another question, the woman questions her with a gentle voice "Are you willing to protect the innocent, to end all fighting?" Aeiris nods.The woman vanishes, and the blade gets a slight tint of green. "We have somewhere to be. It is known as the League of Legends." Aeiris does not hesitate, as she now knows why she was brought here. She was to protect those who cannot, at any cost.

##KIT/ABILITIES
Passive: Breeze Blade She uses a resource known as breeze. Breeze is gained by moving, and will increase her movement speed by 0.4 per stack(100 stacks maximum, for a total of 40 speed. Breeze also gives her abilities range and bonus effects when she has at least 50. She consumes 50 of her breeze energy to use a breeze effect.
Q: Tailwind Swing She swings her blade in an arc in front of her, dealing 10/25/40/55/70(+100% total AD) physical damage. Breeze effect: Fires a projectile dealing 30/60/90/120/150(+60% AP) magic damage to the first target hit. Any projectiles hit by this one will be destroyed. If the target is in the arc in front of her, it will deal both hits at the same time.
Normal range: 250 Breeze effect range: 800, travel speed 1050 units(Hits end of range in about .75 or .8 seconds.) Width(Of both): 300 Cooldown: 14/13/12/11/10 seconds
W: Forceful gale REQUIRES 50 BREEZE TO USE, CAN ONLY BE USED ON KNOCKED UP TARGETS Knocks any target of her choice within range down to the ground, dealing 50/110/170/230/290(+80% AP) magic damage~~ and stunning them for 1 second.~~ Perhaps just a bit too powerful.
Range: 1300 Cooldown: 1.5 seconds.
E: Split Wings Passive: Gains an additional 0.04/0.08/0.12/0.16/0.2 points of movement speed per stack of gale. Active: Jumps to target location and slams her blade to the ground, dealing 40/80/120/160/200(+75% Bonus AD) physical damage to targets hit. Breeze effect: creates a gust which deals 20/40/60/80/100(+50% AP) magic damage in a line and knocking all targets hit ~~up.~~To the side. (counts as airborne, but with a much smaller window of opportunity.)
The use of this ability is the same as
's laser.
Jump range: 550 Blade range: 250 Breeze effect range: 650, Travel speed 1300 units
(Hits the end of range in 0.5 seconds) 18/16/14/12/10 second CD.
R: Ancient Tempest REQUIRES FULL BREEZE, CONSUMES ALL BREEZE POINTS UPON USE. After 1 second of delay(She is spinning to make the tornado), she creates a tornado, dealing 30/40/50(+30% bonus AD, 20% AP) magic damage per half second. The tornado will stay at cast range for 0.5 seconds, then move for the rest of the duration. The tornado lasts for 2.5 seconds and holds all targets hit in the air.
Range: 800, Travel speed 200 units. Diameter 300 units. 180/160/140 second CD
##SOME SKIN IDEAS
Scorched Earth or Volcanic Aeiris: adds an ash/magma effect to the breeze effects, has a red and black color scheme. Rainbow Aeiris: Wearing bright white clothing, with a sash in rainbow colors, her breeze Q has a rainbow appearance, her W has a water appearance, and her E creates a rainbow behind her as she leaps, then a water effect for the breeze effect. The ult has one of two options: Rainbow colors, or just a typhoon. White with rainbow color scheme.

I originally didn't design this champion with lore, I just thought of her to be a kind and trusting character who always has the benefit of the doubt. If you make her mad though, you will regret it. I'm not very good with lore if I make the lore after the character.

Her numbers were looked through and lowered. Originally, her physical damage was basically the same as a champion without the bonus magic damage. She was intended to be a late game monster, not an early game bully.

Current damage estimates:(With 300 total AD, about 100 being base value, and 400 AP): Q: 760 damage total, 370 damage being physical and 390 damage being magical. W: 620 damage, all magical. E:650 damage, 350 damage being physical and 300 damage being magical. R: 950 damage total, all magical. The reason for the massive cooldown is because of how much damage it can do, as well as it being a huge control ability. Total damage at level 18(with assumed AD and AP): 2980 damage, 720 damage being physical and 2260 damage being magical.

Weaknesses I considered: She doesn't deal well with just one stat or the other, she is a hybrid character. She is easy to kill, but has a way of dealing with pretty much everyone.

I got this champion from boredom. I was just walking around making wind noises, like the weird person I am, when this suddenly came into my head. I had to think it out for a bit, but eventually it resulted as the following kit.
is a lot like that. I think that could be extremely overpowered. That's not really a "meaningful weakness," as Riot would call it.
