Elisara, The Dancing Sands

One thing I'd like to point out is that I wanted to make her abilities dancing terms because I felt like her kit focused more on sand-type abilities when I really wanted to focus more on the dancing and then I noticed that the majority of dance terms were french so I just gave all(most) of her skills french names.

1/24/14 - Made Desert Storm her passive and added in The Raging Desert's Favor. Also Added a passive effect to Pas En Avant Coule.

**Passive: Desert Storm **

Shrumian sands constantly turn under Elisara’s feet, slowing all enemies by 1% and speeding up allies by 1%. The effect for both allies and enemies increases the longer they stay within the area of effect, up to 50%. All of Elisara’s skills augment the storm in some way after being used (Range: 600).

Q: Chaînés Pirouette

**Active: **
(Note: Is a self-targeted AoE)
(Note: Chaînés means “quick 360 degree complete rotation turns on alternating feet with progression, or chain, along a straight line or circle.”)

**First Cast: ** Elisara dances wildly, damaging all enemies around her (Range 300).

**Second Cast: ** Elisara dances once again, dealing damage to enemies’ further away (Range 300-600).

**Third Cast: ** One final spin damages every enemy around Elisara (Range 600).

**Desert Storm Effect: ** Elisara also damages nearby enemies for 10 + 0.2%/0.4%/0.6%/0.8%/1% of their current health every second.

W: Valse Calmant
(Note: Valse calmant means “calming waltz”)

**Active: ** Elisara dances in a slow and somewhat calming manner for 2/1.8/1.6/1.4/1.2 seconds. Any enemies that reside within a 600 range fall asleep for 1-2 seconds, depending on how close they are to Elisara. The closer they are the longer the duration. Dealing any damage to a champion while they are sleeping will wake them up.

**Desert Storm Effect: ** The calming effect of Elisara’s dance is passed on through her sand. Allies within Desert Storm have increased health and mana regeneration.

E: Pas En Avant Coule
(Note: Pas En Avant Coule means “forward flowing step”)

**Passive: ** Whenever Pas En Avant Coule or ** Progrès ** is activated Elisara and her surrounding allies gain additional movement speed for a short period. Additionally enemies at the impact location of either ability are damaged.

**Active: ** Elisara readies herself, reducing the size of Desert Strom to 200. After 1 second she can twirl to a target location. If Desert Storm comes in contact with an enemy champion while twirling, Elisara can immediately cast ** Progrès ** for a few seconds.

(Note: Progrès means “strides”) ** Progrès: ** Elisara dashes to another target location.

**Desert Storm Effect: ** The sands that spin under Elisara’s feet empower her basic attacks, causing them to deal bonus magic damage. Also every second that enemies remain in Desert Storm gives them a stack of Rising Storm. If an enemy has 10/10/9/9/8 stacks of Rising Storm their next basic attack will miss.

R: The Raging Desert’s Favor

**Active: ** Elisara increases the range of Desert Storm temporarily, increasing the potency of her skill’s Desert Storm Effects.

Q – Increases the percentage of current health to 10 + 1%/2%/3%/4%/5%.
W – Greatly increases the health and mana regeneration for allies and decreases health and mana regeneration for enemies.
E – The amount of bonus damage is increased and decreases the required number of Rising Storm stacks to 8/8/7/7/6.

If The Raging Desert’s Favor is reactivated or its duration runs out, Elisara’s sands create a sandstorm at her current location. Pulling all enemies into the ground, stunning them for 2/2.5/3 seconds. She Also knocks up her allies for 1/1.25/1.5 seconds, when they land they are cleansed of any and all movement impairing effects.

seems pretty cool i'm with slevin on the whole make her ult her passive thing and make her actual ult something like this:

R: Raging Storms

Active: Elisara dances Wildly causing a Raging Sandstorm to begin around her (a range of 1000 for example) for 3/3.5/4 seconds. All enemies within the storm are slowed by 30% increasing by 5% the longer they are within the storm. the storm deals 50/75/100 + (0.3 AP ratio) to all enemies in the area.

All allies and enemies within the storm receive the effects of whatever skill elisara has used to modify her passive Desert storm.

if you think this is too OP or too lack luster i understand just a suggestion ^_^. I was actually thinking of giving her modifiers a buff for the duration of the Ult for example:

Q will get added on to her normal ult damage and deal 1%/2%/3%/4%/5% of enemy's maximum health

W will increase allies HP regen by 40 per 5 and their mana regen by 20 per 5 for the duration of the storm (from a theoretical HP regen of 10 per 5 and mana regen of 5 per 5)

E will cause enemies to receive 2 stacks of Rising Storm for every second they are within the Raging Storms. this does not effect the amount of stacks needed for rising storm to take effect, this is still dependant on Pas En Avant Coule's current level.

and if you don't mind i would say that giving the E a damaging effect as well would help people make more decisions on the fly cause as is it's just a mobility boost with no real damage done even if you hit the enemies so might i suggest something like this:

E: Pas En Avant Coule

Desert Storm Effect: The sands that spin under Elisara’s feet empower her basic attacks, causing them to deal bonus magic damage. Also Elisara's basic attacks give enemies stacks of Rising Storm. If an enemy has 10/10/9/9/8 stacks of Rising Storm their next basic attack will miss.

This looks like a really cool champion!

The only thing I would tweak is the sleeping duration in Valse Calmant from 1-2 seconds to .5-1 seconds. Otherwise I do like the new disable called sleep.

Desert Storm could become her overall passive and giving her a new ultimate, hopefully something full of new dance moves and an added blinding effect. I like the feeling of sinking sands slowing enemies and the unpredictable desert winds speeding allies up.
