Hello, everyone, Leroyswish here coming at you with my first Champion Concept: Thule. I made Thule to be a solo-champion, capable of defending himself and dueling other isolated champions. Each of his abilities work in practically any given order, making him a self-preserving warrior in more than one sense of the term. The lore is a bit lacking, so help there would be appreciated. I hope you read over the given information and offer feedback and criticism. Thank you, and enjoy...

###Appearance & Personality: Thule is a tall and muscular man, fit and lean. He towers over smaller and younger champions easily. Thule is often seen wearing a full-suit of dark gray and dark gold armor; the thicker plates cover a black chainmail beneath. On his chest-plate is a large, purple gem that glows brightly against the dark armor. Thule's gauntlets have bladed finger-tips.

A man of few words, much is unknown about who or what Thule is. What is known is that he has great arrogance and disdain for his opponents and rivals. He has a deep voice that echoes through his helmet and resonates in his victim's minds. He is cold but not sadistic, and does not lack a proper conscious, however warped it may be.

###Role & Abilities: Thule is a primarily damaged-based melee champion with decent range and flexibility. A maneuverable fighter, Thule can take a beating and dish out equal punishment. While he is easy to master, Thule is a one-trick champion. Thule's abilities exploit slowed enemies, and he can easily reapply slows to champions as he sees fit.

Thule's basic attack is him utilizing his blade-tipped gauntlets to hack at his foes in melee range. All of his abilities utilize these claws in some way, shape, or form.

||||| |- |Passive|Never-Ending|Effect:|Thule enters combat with a weak shield that absorbs damage up to 8% of his maximum health. While active, he is resistant to damage-over-time effects and debuffs. However, basic attacks and spells weaken and remove the shield. Upon defeat, Thule’s shield strength is halved. |Q Ability|Rite of the Wight|Effect:|Thule extends his arms and fires two spectral bolts of dark energies in a skillshot, dealing 70/90/110/130/150 (+65% Ability Power) magic damage. If the target is an enemy champion, they are slowed by 10/15/20/25/30% of their movement speed for 2.3 seconds. Costs 80 Mana, has 1,100 range, and has a cooldown of 6/5.5/5/4.5/4 seconds.| |W Ability|Shatter Star|Effect:|Passively, all of Thule’s basic attacks and spells lower the target’s armor rating by 10. Upon activation, Thule dashes forward towards targeted enemy, dealing 60/100/140/180/220 (+45% Ability Power) magic damage. This attack deals 30% additional damage to slowed enemies. Costs 65 Mana, has 595 range, and a cooldown 6.8 seconds.| |E Ability|Cessation|Effect:|Thule roots himself in place, increasing his armor rating and magic resistance by 30 each for 2.9 seconds. If Thule is attacked by spells, his shield slowly grows in strength. Enemy champions who are in range and attack Thule while Cessation is active are slowed by 15% of their movement speed for 1.8 seconds. Costs 85 Mana, has 725 range, and a cooldown of 8 seconds.| |Ultimate|Channel Oblivion|Effect:|Thule channels for 3.5/3/2.5 seconds before charging towards a targeted enemy, dealing 150/250/350 (+85% Ability Power) magic damage and silencing the target for 1.4 seconds. While stampeding, Thule is untargetable but still vulnerable to interrupts. Channel Oblivion deals increased damage to Slowed targets; this damage increases based on the strength of his shield. If Channel Oblivion kills an enemy champion, he can recast it for free once more for 2 seconds. Costs 100 Mana, has 975 range, and a cooldown of 80 seconds.
