Basic attack: Ranged

--passive: 10% chance to avoid basic attacks. (could also be higher chance or 100% but fan only happen every (x) seconds could also escalate with level)

-- Changes ranged weapon for 2 scimitars for (10) seconds, attack speed is increased by (1.3), increase damage by (25%) ability power and gains (5%) vamp. Each rank increases damage (from % of spell, basic damage), speed.

-- Wind Dash: Dashes backwards (or to target location), any enemy in a direct line (equal to the distance to travel) will be dragged for the same distance (the distance between caster and targets will remain the same)

-- Gains 3 Counter charges, each one consumed after (1.2) seconds or until the champion is attacked by an enemy attack or single target spell. When the charge is consumed it redirects the damage to the source with +(80%) spell damage if it's a basic attack and + (10%) spell damage if it's a spell .

-- Repulses nearby enemies slowing them for (1) second/s and damaging them.

Notes: Wind Dash can be used to bring enemies close to a tower/ gank or to escape (to use it for scape you would have to micro in order to not be in direct line to an enemy or else the distance between you and the enemy will remain the same)
