What are your head-canons?

regularly tries to destroy or conquer Bandle City, but continually fails due to his plans being wildly impractical. I imagine him stealing a giant drill from the Yordle Academy in Piltover to dig a massive hole beneath Bandle City, or stealing countless mirrors to construct a massive death ray.
Also, he resides in a Noxian outpost abandoned in a previous war, from which he plots his evil schemes of doom.
