Tessik, the Raving Thunderbolt
- Tessa "Tessik" Ikaen, the Raving Thunderbolt -
Tessik is a speedy melee-ranged AP assassin. Her passive, High Voltage, enables her to lower her cooldowns the more she gets into the heat of battle, as well as empowering her abilities depending on how you sequence them.
Tessik's kit is all about high mobility and keeping on your toes. With the highest base movement speed of any champion in the League currently, as well as a repertoire of flashy and lightning-fast spells, Tessik's moves are sure to amaze both allies and enemies alike.
So, summoner, can you keep up with the Raving Thunderbolt of Piltover?

- Aesthetics -
Body Structure: Tessik is a tall woman with a modest build. Respectably curved, especially around the hips. Though most who see her agree that her legs are her defining feature.
Hair: Tessik's hair extends down to a little past her shoulders, fanning slightly outwards as it goes down. It sports a neon/electric-blue coloration, but turns white as it descends, creating a gradient effect. Most likely dyed, but nobody knows for sure.
Eyes: Tessik's eyes are a rather vibrant shade of green, and definitely one of her more noticeable features when people aren't admiring the rest of her. May or may not actually be green contact lenses.
- Skins -
Default Skin: For her default skin, Tessik wears form-fitting dance attire, colored to match her hair. Her wrists and ankles each have a sort of glowing brace floating around them, slightly detached from her body via hexvoltage technology.
Enforcer Tessik: For this skin, Tessik wears a battlesuit similar in general design to Vi's, but noticeably less bulky and with more emphasis on her legs than her fists. It has a more refined and sleek structure, befitting Tessik's greater emphasis on her personal appearance.
Hexmagus Tessik: This skin is Tessik dressing the part of a magus, with the trademark cloak and scepter. The cloak has a high collar and is a shade of dark grey with a crisscrossing blue thunderbolt pattern on the back. The scepter is similar in design to Viktor's, but with the tip taking the shape of a hand clutching a ball of yellow lightning. The ball turns blue when a nearby enemy is charged by her passive, and fades away when her mana pool dips low. Her cloak flows down to her ankles, and she levitates on a pair of jet boots. Her autoattacks in this skin consist of her backhanding her enemies, so the scepter is just for show.

"Life's just one big party, and everyone's invited!" - Tessik
In the city of Piltover, the hub of hextech and center of innovation in Valoran, brilliance can be found in many places, some more unlikely than others. But perhaps no place is more unlikely than in the mind of Tessa Ikaen. Or as she calls herself on the dance scene, Tessik the Raving Thunderbolt.
By day, Tessa is a savant in the field of hexvoltage. This recently-forayed field of hextech utilizes magnetic and kinetic energies as power sources to fuel human motion, by converting said energies into forms the human body could utilize. In layman's terms, a basic hexvoltage accessory can allow a human to move about at less expenditure to their own personal stamina by drawing energy from outside sources.
By night, however, she parties on as the Raving Thunderbolt of Piltover. Equipped with her own custom-designed hexvolt braces, Tessik's movements on the dance floor are unmatched.
Between her skill as a dancer and her notoriety as a hexvoltage developer, Tessik had come to enjoy being in the eyes of the people. Her energetic and amiable personality and sheer beauty made her extremely popular with nearly everybody who knew or knew of her. But more than that, Tessik enjoyed the fact that the things she did made people happy. Her hexvoltage tech could make their lives easier one day, and her dancing could put their hearts at ease.
Occasionally, however, Tessik would hear people discussing the League of Legends. She'd heard of the League before, but hadn't given it much thought, until she saw a crowd of people one day singing praise to Jayce for a battle well fought on the Fields of Justice. Intrigued, Tessik made it a point to ask Jayce more about the League.
After hearing from him about how all the eyes of Valoran had their eyes on the League of Legends, as well as more recounts from her friend Vi, Tessik made her decision. She would represent Piltover alongside her allies on the Fields of Justice. For the chance to promote her hexvoltage innovations, for the glory of being in the spotlight, and for the chance to make her fellow citizenry of Piltover proud.
Look out, League, the Raving Thunderbolt is on the scene!

Tessik's abilities against uncharged enemy champions charge them with Voltage for 3 seconds. Each of Tessik's abilities has a bonus effect when striking a unit charged with Voltage, which then consumes the charge.
While an enemy is charged with Voltage, Tessik's basic attacks against it will refresh the charge's duration and reduce her cooldowns by 1 second.
Q: Terravolt || Range: 600 || Cost: 40 / 45 / 50 / 55 / 60 Mana || Cooldown: 6
Tessik fires a stream of electricity through the ground toward your cursor, dealing magic damage to all enemy units in its path. Enemies charged with Voltage are slowed by 30%, which decays over a scaling duration.
Missile Speed: 1800 Magic Damage: 50 / 75 / 100 / 125 / 150 (+40% AP) Voltage Slow Duration: 1.5 / 1.75 / 2 / 2.25 / 2.5 Seconds

W: Gausspiral || Range: 350 || Cost: 80 / 90 / 100 / 110 / 120 Mana || Cooldown: 18
Tessik quickly spins and releases a magnetic pulse, dealing magic damage to enemies within the radius. Enemies charged with Voltage are pulled into melee range of Tessik, while uncharged enemies are pushed to the edge of the pulse.

First Cast: Tessik dashes to target enemy, dealing magic damage to it and leaving a mark at her starting point. If the enemy is charged with Voltage, they're dealt bonus magic damage equal to a percentage of their current Health. Tessik can activate Flashpoint again in the following 2.5 seconds.
Second Cast: Tessik backflips back to her starting point, breaking any targeted abilities towards her and becoming untargetable until she lands.
Magic Damage: 50 / 70 / 90 / 110 / 130 (+60% AP) Voltage Bonus Magic Damage: 2 / 2.75 / 3.5 / 4.25 / 5% of Target's Current Health
R: Thunder Rave || Range: 400 || Cost: 100 Mana || Cooldown: 90 / 75 / 60
Passive: Whenever one of Tessik's abilities consumes a charge of Voltage, she gains 5 / 10 / 15% bonus Movement Speed which decays over the next 2 seconds.
Active: Tessik quickly dashes in front of target enemy champion and delivers a blinding series of 4 rapid kicks over 1.5 seconds, ending with a powerful flipkick. Each kick is dealt at a 0.3 second interval. The initial kicks deal magic damage equal to a percentage of Tessik's total Attack Damage and apply on-hit effects. The flipkick is treated as a single-target spell, dealing magic damage. If the target is charged with Voltage, the flipkick does bonus magic damage based on its missing Health.
Tessik gains 30% damage reduction during Thunder Rave. If the target moves during Thunder Rave, Tessik will follow them while continuing the attack. Any crowd-control effects that would affect Tessik during Thunder Rave are applied after the attack finishes.

- Tips -
- Playing as Tessik -
Tessik's skills can be used both offensively and defensively depending on the state of a battle. Know the best time to use a given skill to maximize her flow in combat.
Terravolt is your primary tool for charging your enemy with Voltage. Try to keep your enemy charged as often as possible to make use of the benefits.
The cast range on Thunder Rave is small, so make sure you have a way to get in close when you're aiming for the kill.
- Playing Against Tessik -
If you become charged by one of Tessik's abilities, try to evade her attacks until the charge wears off. Her damage is mitigated if she can't continue her offensive to lower her cooldowns.
Items like Banshee's Veil are highly recommended for blocking Tessik's spells, thus preventing her from applying charges of Voltage.
