Champion picks
so I have a question about the champs IMT avoids in the meta, but these champs stomped their lanes back in the spring split. Why doesn't IMT pull out Quinn or Graves top anymore?

I am decently sure you've posted roughly this same thread 3-4 times now which the answers have been the same each time.
Quinn and graves directly ate several rounds of nerfs. The items they were using to great effect got nerfed. The keystones they were abusing were nerfed for ranged champions. Other champions that play in those lanes got directly buffed and their items got buffed. This is what we call a meta shift.
because the metas changed since then, we didn't see sivir in spring, and we don't see any tank supports anymore (xpecial) and we definitely didn't see any tank tops spring
IMT does what IMT wants. Or Huni. Or Adrian. They've kinda fought the meta since spring, and its worked for the most part due to the way they can push lanes even when behind. That, and right now, top laners are best to be fighters of sorts, with back line dive ie Irelia, Gnar as opposed to straight 1v1/dueling adc's like graves or quinn.
