I want to be a professional lcs player. I am really devoted to the game but there is one thing stopping me, and that is my parents. I swear, I am only allowed freaking 4 games a day!!! My mom said esports is the last thing I will ever do. She basically is the most strictest asian out there, she doesn't even let me watch spongebob even I am 14. She says that show is homosexual theme (wtf?). I also cant walk to school on my own! Please help me!

You have to be at least diamond and you are bronze 4 right now so to even try out for the LCS you need to get diamond 5 and even then there is a giant shot that you wont make it i dont mean to crush your dreams but i would not go for it even the pros say that its not worth it because you risk a lot

First get to diamond or plat and start streaming and also show your parents. Also sit down and show them this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WDMNiH-vOrY also the rest of legends rising.

Such a pipe dream man. League hasn't been around for that long, and e-sports is so risky, don't put all your eggs in one broke ass basket. A decent amount of people make high silver to gold their first ranked season, meaning there is a certain natural skill that is involved, keep playing sure, but if you're good enough, the opportunities will come to you, not really the other way around.

if your parents aren't letting you walk to school on your own or play too many video games, congratulations you have good parents

don't waste your life trying to be the best at a video game

Yo u get 4 games... use ur time wisely and you could do it. Im in a similar situation except im 15 and im allowed like 2 games a week. Ive been playing since season 4 and im lv 27 and my goal is lcs... record ur games. Practice cs or jungle farm depending on ur role and like legit u really dont need that many games a day to reach a rank that can convince ur parents to let u have 5 games. Do well in school and get good sleep so u can focus on everything. If its ur goal u will find a way to suceed. Im working hard in school and doing everything i can in my spare time to be able to go to lcs. Hope we play each other someday in the lcs. Good luck

I would say show her more like college esports (more practical and can get your a scholarship) but even those players are diamond+(there might be a few plats) http://www.dailydot.com/esports/league-of-legends-college-scholarships/ and that's just this past november, more will probably offer it in the future.

as for spongebob it was originally going to be for adults...but one of the facts on this site: http://mentalfloss.com/article/60090/14-things-you-may-not-have-known-about-spongebob-squarepants mentions the homosexuality comment and how the show writers feel spongebob has no sexuality. so idk, spongebob isn't as good as it used to be anyways.

good luck to you though :) try playing the college card, parents love cheaper tuition
