So I had stuff to do this weekend, and missed the NA LCS action. Is Riot going to post the VOD's on their webpage? Every region is on except for NA. What's going on?

it could just be taking a bit to get it up, but alternatively you could watch the vod on their twitch channel in past broadcasts.
