Considering that korean teams teamfight at level 7 like we teamfight at lv 16 maybe this will be the chance for the western teams to step the fuck up.

Except we're having CSQ and College Championships going on right now, neither of which have had Rift Herald that favored or powerful at all.

Rift herald might speed up the win of a game and give early game team comps the upper hand but at 20min. Problem is they rly buffed top Lane. Hopefully we will see jungle tanks top Lane bruiser\assassin
