ranked normal toxic regional skill

why i am commenting. i am tired of NA being in the bottom at worlds.

can riot please focus on different things during a ranked game to punish than being toxic. like the feeders and the afks.. and the people who throw games just because they didnt carry.

but in normals .. focus on the verbal toxic players.

Ranked is competitive and in such people get really zoned at the game rather than the emotional stability of the other team mates.

to enhance the competition free us from the PC mentality.

Korea is considered the most verbally toxic region in league of legends.. yet ..

they are always showing up at worlds. and are very competitive. if you free us from the verbal lock that is given to us. let us just play.

i understand there are some extreme cases .. but lets do this for worlds .. season 6
