They have raised the bar for the NA LCS, and as someone who wants the idea of NA winning worlds to be more than a condescending meme, I thank them for that.

Those guys have a shit ton more practice to do, the Koreans are clearly on a completely different level.
Maybe its the NA's solo play mentality. Probably is.
Before the finals I was even thinking, even if we lose 0-3 vs SKT, this MSI is something we NA fans can walk away from with good spirits. We made it to the finals, that's good in itself. And earlier on we (along with a few other teams) managed to take a win away from SKT.
If we won, then it'd be amazing.
If we went 2-3, then we'd have come close to beating SKT.
If we went 1-3, we'd still have given them a fight.
If we went 0-3, that's still fine, sure we didn't manage to win any of the Bo5, but we made it that far, and that's something we can be proud of I think.
I haven't been into the competitive scene for very long, but this is the vibe I'm getting from NA fans in general right now.
Definitely rooting for CLG.
I will lose faith in the effectiveness fo skills in competetive plays if CLG wins final. because Huhi is definitely the worst midlaner out of all the teams in MSI(Perkz sucked too but hey the entire G2 fucked up who even count them in), he is a waveclear/shied/disengage bot, with him being a huge weakness in the CLG line up I have no faith in CLG winning final.

Agree with OP. Thank you CLG for changing MSI meta and playing for NA. Feeling a lot of pride in you guys right now (though I cheered for Immortals in the spring split >_>)
