Isn't Nidalee transformation wayyyyy too fast or low on cdr?

He just change from Cougar form back into Human to throw a spear and change back immediately into Cougar form? (It was pretty fast that I thought he threw the spear in Cougar form) I know Nidalee is suppose to be OP right now............

Most Pro players have been complaining about Nidalee for the longest time. Nerfs are coming.
