it's crazy looking at the reactions of winning the finals for different regions

Tsm they just smiled and hugged a bit, i think EDG were stoic but i could be wrong, the boys at ROX were crying their eyes out in joy.

It can also be contributed to memes also.

While I'm sure their are memes in LCK and LPL the regions as a whole is a very respectful regions (teams- Players etc) so if the players are seen crying or being emotional after wins/loses fans see it as a sign of hard work and determination.
Rox Tigers were the 2nd best team in LCK for the past year finishing behind SKT split after split until now so they would be emotional.

While in NA if players are seen being emotional or crying after wins/loses instead becomes a sign of weakness and their instantly turned into a laughing stock etc.

Kevin Durant cried during his MVP Award and all anyone talked about was his " You the Real MVP" meme. Terrell Owens Rec for the Dallas Cowboys cried during a post game interview and was turned into a meme etc. This are grown men who fans/trolls turned into instant memes. So imagine 17-20 year old "kids" and how they would take the fans laughing at them etc.

In my opinion it is because LCK is seen as the best region in the world. It is a goal for each region to win its respective region but the bigger goal is trying to win worlds.

For the LCK since people consider them the best region already, winning that region is a real accomplishment but for the other regions it really feels like just a step in the journey.

Could be wrong but that's my theory.
