That random 1 EU game tomorrow ?

So Giants(1-7) are facing Origen(0-8) tomorrow for EU and that's it?
Ah, is there another game but it's not showing? Who's going to show up at full price to see that 1 game ?

To be fair, I'm pretty sure the cost will be significantly cheaper due to this (I know for certain NA events last year, they actually made some tickets free just to "fatten" the audience). Also an incredibly important game, as if Giants win they keep pace with roccat/more or less put OG in guaranteed-last-place mode while if OG win it at least gives us some hope that the remaining vitality/giants/roccat games will at least mean something.

While it's fair and makes sense with the 10Th place team doesn't get auto relegated it's not as exciting as it once was, but again I understand not having them get auto relegated.
So who's it going to be Giants or Origen ?

I'm personally under the assumption that OG as a whole is a poorly-run organization which has lost "too much" talent and kinda deserves to be relegated, a bit like SK/CW (look at the other team that they have, and even in a far weaker region they're still in dead last with zero hope for them). Them getting more than 1-2 game wins (let alone series wins) in the next few weeks looks to be impossible, as after this they go against vitality (another poorly run team, but still shows the occasional proactive game) splyce (no chance of winning) UOL (no chance of winning) before ending the year against H2K (no chance of winning).

You are not wrong, good sir. That IS the last series of the Cross Group Play. All other teams have played their 9 series up to this point (4 of their group, 5 of the opposite group). Hilarious isn't it how it's the game of the probably relegated that closes it out, right?

Yeah is pretty funny honestly, however while it's wrong to say this but I just feel like they need time around the CS before they started most of their young careers in the LCS. OG/ROC/VIT/GIA/ really need more time somewhere else away from EU to get more experience/ better competition.
Not saying EU sucks but it does look pretty weak and has been for awhile now.
