So who is playing who for the playoff?

1. TSM - Bye
2. IMT - Bye
3. CLG vs 6. NV
4. C9 vs 5. DIG

( If CLG beats NV and C9 beats DIG, C9 will face TSM in the second round, while CLG faces IMT ) (If NV beats CLG and C9 wins their series, NV will face TSM instead of C9 )

It's the lowest seed vs the Highest seed in each round following the first round.

C9 will beat DIG, CLG will beat NV. TSM will play C9, winner taking on IMT in the finals after they beat CLG.

So no, TSM and C9 won't be the finals.

NV would have to beat CLG to put C-9 against IMT in the semis, assuming C-9 beats Dignitas

Hmmm, I want a TSM vs. C9 finals again.... but I also want Flyquest to go into the gauntlet.....this is a tough one...

Only way is if NV upset CLG in the playoffs. If it was DIG or IMT as 6th instead of NV, then there'd be decent a chance of a C9 vs TSM final, but I seriously doubt NV could upset CLG even with them starting a new jungle so late.
