TSM would do so much better if they played to their strengths instead of copying LCK
Sven is not a

I'd rather have sven popping off on lee and being less strong than having him int on sejuani
This is the most true thing I've read on these boards. If they put Sven on Rek'Sai, Lee, or Gragas, he would have performed. He looked unsure on Sej, unable to do much. Hauntzer should have just been put on Gnar, Shen, those power champions of his in Summer. They would have really done great
TSM drafts and plays like they think they are SKT, but sorry TSM, you aren't good enough to gift a 5K + gold lead to your opponents in draft and still win late. You aren't the two time defending world champions from KR, you are perennial underachievers from NA. Get over yourselves and start showing your opponents some respect, maybe you will get out of groups for a change.
"Copy paste" what Korea does, each and every game/year, both in the NA LCS and at Worlds. It's not getting old anytime soon tho

Uhm...the real problem is that the only TSM strength is the classic "win lane, win game" or "we do less mistakes than the others so we just don't have to lose because are going to win at some point"...which does not bode well when facing international competition when the adversaries level is just so much higher Bjergsen and Doublelift strength are in laning, Sven is better when going on aggressive early game junglers rather than vision/tanks jungler...the problem is that is not easy for them to consistently win lane so much to get the snowball going , so they are in a difficult situation where if they go with their usual style they can get matched, if they go copying LCK they perform below their maximum potential
TSM would do better if Svenskeren was kicked out for Reignover.
TSM's coaching staff determined, picking the same champions over and over again against the same teams would somehow "work out". The "fast push strategy" that won most games week 2, was completely and utterly absent from ANY games on TSM's side. Other teams saw an exploit and used it, TSM did nothing. **Strategies were attempted by the coaching staff, with no understanding of WHY this pick works, and it didn't work here. **
When you only win because an ADC makes a bad positioning call, after a 40 minute tie, that you can't break. You are never going to win worlds.
They needed to see what was the meta, hard pushing lanes with strong gankers and a tank top, and PLAY THE GAME. They needed to push towers, gain advantages, rotate, ward, punish mistakes. It literally looked like the plan for TSM was "well lets just wait and see what they do and we can react". Well, that route got Sven killed several times. That route got Bjergsen getting flamed for being passive. THEY WERE TOLD TO PLAY THIS WAY. BY THEIR COACHES. THEIR COACHES DETERMINED THE STRATEGY AND THE CHAMPION PICKS. IF IT IS NOT BEING DONE THIS WAY, TSM HAS EVEN BIGGER ISSUES. Yes, players have their comfort picks, but they need to PLAY them.
