They lost when the picked Jhin. Fairly confident the Western teams are just inting at this point.

Good thing I buy a damn LMS icon every season. When they're losing, no one cares. So it's win-win for me

What's the story on Karsa leaving FW for RNG?

With Pobelter and DLift as perennial disappointments on the international stage, this is no surprise.

or literally the whole line up of every na team ever

We've seen some NA players stay strong on the big stages as their team crumples around them. Olleh, Sneaky, Impact, and Bjerg, to name a few, at some times or others turned out great games but just can't carry hard enough.

Overall, you're not wrong, NA almost always underwhelms in big tourneys. However, I can't think of any mid lane NA star who has flopped as much internationally as Pobelter has, and Doublelift at this point is a joke internationally. There has been and probably never again will be a perfect Worlds group for Lift to be dominant in, and he failed badly. Pobelter might farm CS OK, but he gets killed all the damn time and isn't a help to his team.

You just named 2 koreans and 1 danish, only 1 born in NA. Damn this region really lacks skill.

I know this, but that's just the sad truth. NA is only 10% of the worldwide player base, while Korea and EU each make up 20%+ of the player base. That means just from sample size alone they are going to produce more skilled pros. Add in more dedicated gamer culture and pro gaming is more embraced, it means the road is paved and straighter for top players to emerge, while NA is a windy pothole filled dirt road.
