Potential Bug report - Others experiencing this?

When you click on the dropbox to choose which split/playoffs/promotion series you want to view, it doesn't drop downards. Instead it "drops" upwards and displays only a portion of the available splits/playoffs/promotion series.

Is this a bug? Is this this way for other people too?
