What reason?
How come no proplayers going on Quinn anymore, was it because of those nerfs? Is she not meta anymore? She is stlil the best split pusher and minion clearer in the game right?

Part because of the nerfs, part because more people picked up tanks top lane, and part because pros rarely did well with her, so they dropped her.
And no to both of those statements on Quinn
It's kind of going back to more tank heavy top meta. Quinn, while can bully a tank, brings much less to team fights than most tanks.
