Why do LCS players not have a union?

That'd be great and maybe even force riot to make the sandbox mode earlier.

Probably because they're kids mostly and wouldn't know how to get one started. However as the E-sports scene continues to grow in popularity the likelyhood of something like this increases.

The point of a players union is to protect the best wishes of the players when it comes to playing and playing conditions. It's unlikely that a sandbox mode would form off of that. I would like a players union so that Riot wasn't able to suspend basically whoever they want, whenever they want.

Seriously!

Do you know what unions are for? I know these players are working hard on playing; it's definitely cruel and unusual punishment;

They don't need union. There is nothing union can do for them except take a piece of the winning. There is ABSOLUTELY nothing they can do for the player

Because they have short careers. Because Teams hire them. Because the have to be on top to stay in. We seen what happens when pros get lazy.
