Why is everyone so surprised? No NA team in the history of the sport has ever put on a good show on the international stage. Everyone's like, "ZOMG C9 SOOOOOOOOO MUCH BETTER ON INTERNATIONAL THAN TSM!" By what? Like 2 games? They don't clear group stage either. They do a tiny bit better, admittedly, but then they follow the NA doctrine of sucking ass at literally everything and go home crying to solo queue. North America will NEVER make an impact at this game on the international stage. It is not physically possible. The mentality, discipline, and willingness just to stack all the best players on one team instead of spreading them out across a 5 stupid organizations that all disappoint equally just isn't there. Delete TSM, C9, CLG, and all other NA organizations. Fire 98% of the player populate. Keep the top 8, put them on a team. Run just 1. Or go home crying to group queue year after year. Guess which option NA will pcik?

Calm down getting a #1 seed doesn't matter anyhow, I mean look at what NA did with a #1 seed last year anyways.
Also, maybe not having a #1 seed will help NA as Eu was the 5th best region last at MSI and one of their 3 teams had an easy group vs EDG/AHQ and INTZ.
