I just cant decide how to arrange my group D picks... i mean i want to have faith in TSM but they have a curse where theyre ALWAYS doomed to lose to korean teams at worlds EVEN when theyre otherwise at their best. Can i really expect TSM to pull through this year and put them first? I want to believe in my NA reps ;_;
I put them second. They just haven't had much success at worlds.
I think putting TSM 2nd is the safer bet
TSM 5-1 SSG 4-3 Wins tie breaker vs RNG RNG 3-4 Loses tie breaker vs SSG SPY 1-5
IMO here's what's gonna happen:
1.TSM 2.RNG 3.SSG 4.Splyce
Let's be fair, Splyce might ends up being 0-6. They ended up in the group of Death, sorry EU.
TSM is the 1st seed for this group and analyst even say they are in the top 4 teams at world, which i tend to agree.Competition in NA has historically been weaker, but this year many good teams fought and TSM came out huge in Summer Split.
RNG and SSG is much closer. If RNG can get their macro and teamwork on par, they can probably stomp everyone and maybe even win worlds.They have awesome individual players so...If they can't, SSG will obviously crush em.
