You might as well be comparing Bang to a cat.
Bang has three world championships, while DL has yet to make it out of the group stages of worlds. Do the math.
This is a strange question.
Almost everyone will say Bang. I will rag on DL, but I find him interesting (although I don't know his personality). But Bang has proven much more on an international stage, which imo counts way more than the small region.
There are many factors such as team, pressure, etc. But I would trust Bang to carry over DL.
Although DL's Trist was pretty clean in early groups (and Bang's was losing). Then DL forgot that he played her very successfully.
D-Lift has trouble in NA, a region that pretty every other region can/have wiped the floor with.
Dumb question. DLift is incapable of stepping up on the international stage, in no world is he close to Bang.
Bang: Two-time Worlds Champion, MSI Champion D-Lift: Does ok domestically, fails internationally.

bang, no question. Doublelift is good, no doubt. But he is lacking a few areas where bang is not. First and foremost, confidence.
As of right now Bang hands down. Double lift had a horrid worlds and was one of the primary reasons TSM didn't get out of group. Meanwhile, Bang is in the finals.
Doublelift is not that good. Some of his fans give him the shout out as the best ADC in NA. Truthfully, he hasn’t done much to warrant that title. He was in CLG, they never were able to win a split. Once he left CLG, CLG actually went on to dominate a split, win MSI, and become a better team.
He joined TSM, who already were the top 1-2 team in NA. What has he done since he was there? He didn’t get TSM out of groups? He won the split, some Wildturtle did as well...
As far as NA is concerned, Sneaky is still much better of an ADC. He is much more consistent, does have high highs and low lows. He performs well domestically and internationally. Phreak did the stats and despite C9 underperforming as a team, he concluded Sneaky was ore consitent that BL despite DL winning much more games.
Bang on the other hand has a proven track. Sure, we can see this ardent meta isn’t for him. He still performs well and still defeated 2v2 Uzi who pretty much the entire team throws all the resources to him.
