Mine says I have no pick yet, and I don't see anywhere that I can choose between KOO and SKT. Am I missing it or was this a step I should have completed a week ago?

Should have been done before the start of the bracket along with the rest of your picks.

It was supposed to be filled out prior to the start of the quarter finals and then when that was over you could fill out the semi finals bracket before it starts. This prevents people from changing their picks and cheating to get the perfect score.
