I genuinely dislike downvote systems.
No, not because they damage my already fragile ego.
It's because they discourage discussion.
'This person said something I disagree with! I'm going to downvote, move on and not add anything to the conversation.'

Indeed. That's why I believe they shouldn't have used them when they switched to this board setup.
I have a problem with when you put work in on something and smeone just downvotes. I put a lot of work into my champ concepts, and the least you can do if you downvote is tell me what you don't like about it.
I downvote when the person talking doesnt bring anything to said discussion. Shitposting does nothing but clutter forums. So yes i will downvote the "OMFG X- champ is so OP even though its because i dont understand their kit" comments. Do i think people mass downvoting is good? Of course not, as a lot of the time, there are some good points being made. What do you think? Im open for civil disscussion
