Dear Clutch Gaming,

I want to give each and every one of you a hug after what happened today.

It's got to be so mentally crushing going from taking Team Liquid, the very best in your region, to the absolute limit and then getting reverse swept by CLG with the last game being an utter stomp. You deserved better than going out like that but sometimes you don't get what you deserve out of life.

And this is not meant as a slight against CLG or to downplay what they did. They played hard and earned each and every win they got. I would have been happy with either of you winning and would be equally happy to see either of you as our third seed at Worlds.

I just hope this isn't too discouraging for you and doesn't break the spirit you've shown in the last few weeks of the split and through the play-offs. You're going to need that fire for the Gauntlet.

Here's hoping you get to keep playing under the name Clutch Gaming for just a little while longer than anyone expected.
