UOL org is literally 5 people (Sheepy, Sheepy's father, Romain the Unicorn abs guy, Sheepy's sister, this girl that is still related to Sheepy family) Everyone helps in almost everything there - and also show you bullshit is to talk about the necessity of enormous infrastructure for teams when you could probably efficiently run an org with less than half a dozen people (not counting some kind of background work as shop/merchandising that you could eventually outsource but only core work) even without having people helping in multiple roles like what happens in UOL that has only 3 people caring about strictly the gaming part If you have:

• Owner which is also Ceo for managerial duties
• 1 head coach
• 1 analyst (2 if you are rich or search for a stat dude, and you could even outsource them to a freelance guy),
• 1 team/house manager
• 1 an assistent manager/content creator/media manager

you have enough people to run an LCS org

A VC backed team like NRG was had like almost double the staff necessary, but the org was run much more inefficiently since many of these people were just unnecessary, and only subtracted budget from acquiring better players to save their LCS spot
