Though I am not a fan of Dardoch and think he needs to grow up, I really don't think all of the trouble at Liquid was on him. Much of it wasn't even initiated by him. He reacted poorly and immaturely and escalated it quickly. And where was the leadership from the coach?
It seemed to me a lot of the problems with Team Liquid started with Locodoco. He is a shitlord at best. The way he went about trying to solve problems on Team Liquid was highly unprofessional and did nothing but cause more of a divide between the players on the team.
Dardoch could have handled the situation better. However, he appears to be very passionate about being a professional league of legends player and he wants to win. Being on a team with someone like piglet that acts like an infant...backed up with locodoco's unprofessional handling of the situation I can easily understand where Dardoch's frustration came from. The only reason Dardoch received the majority of the attention is due to him being the only one that would actually call people out on their bullshit. Every single other player on that team would just sit there in silence. It is very easy to understand why Dardoch would just appear to give up in the middle of games when his team were all mute...afraid to do anything because they didn't want to deal with Locodoco's passive-aggressive bullshit afterwards.
The only person that would take what Dardoch said constructively was Lourlo. Over the course of the split you can clearly see his play improve to the point where people were shocked that he was able to hold his own...and often win top lane against some of the best in NA.
I hope Dardoch is able to find a team that is passionate about winning. The guy has a lot of talent and the drive needed to do something special. I also hope Locodoco doesn't have an opportunity to ruin another team next split.

No shit, he let 3 kills walk away instead of lasthitting them because "WAAAAH, we're retards!!!1 if we make piglet fed he will carry us!!!" when you could clearly see piglet screaming inside because he was wishing he could speak english fluently and tell him "WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU WAITING FOR TAKE THAT KILL AND MOVE ON WITH THE GAME HOLY SHIT" and he was probably shouting "KILL KILL KILL" in an attempt to communicate his intentions.
