What would happen if lulu was erased?

I watch lcs every once in a while and just hated lulu even more after watching lcs. What would happen if this champion was removed or nerfed enough to not be a viable flex pick in the lcs? IMO the thing I hate about lulu is that she is such a safer laner that ends up becoming such a huge cockblock with good set up and follow up in a solo lane and there isn't really much you can do about it. Would lcs become more exciting if this champion didn't exist or would someone replace her and who could do everything she could?
