So with 5.24 and future patches
I realize that allstars was played on 5.23 where quinn was op. But can we expect to see more quinn play by the pros in the coming new, lcs, spring split, etc? Will she be picked?

Probably not, no. She is too countered by proper team play.
Unless we suddenly get a pro who is a god at Quinn, then she will not likely get played in LCS. They would have to put too much time into mastering her that other champions would outdo her until they got to that point, and that isn't efficient when you are trying to win
I'm guessing we'll see a few more Quinns than before, but not as a regularly used top laner.
