Reginald is unfit to run a League of Legends team anymore

Clearly, TSM is no longer at the top of the region. Reginald has made ALOT of piss poor decisions about the team's management/coaching staff and the selection of players the end of last year (wiith the removal of doublelift) up to this year. You can't help but blame Reginald for the current state of TSM because his decisions led them to this point. He needs someone who is actually knowledgeable about the game to make the decisions for him.

Idiots that said Repeared should be fired

C9 is in semifinals. Regional performance does NOT dictate performance at worlds. I'm telling you this straight out. I hate that people were going that far with the comments about him after the Spring regular season performance of the team. They were able to pull themselves together to perform when it MATTERED. Obviously, the players have a big impact on the games as well but you cannot downplay the coach's role, especially since they are the glue to the team.

I agree with you on Regi. He’s always been a terrible person in general.

I disagree on Reapered. He benched his two star players, got destroyed for weeks, put his two star players back in and won out... and then people give him credit? He literally tanked the team, then undid his mistake and the team carried his poor decision. I’ve heard some claim “the benching was nescessary because it motivated them to be better!” No... just no... Not to mention he and Jack filming the benching and posting it online for the world to see? It was just bad decisions all around.

As a C9 fan, I’m happy for their success and I’m glad they are gonna win worlds, but I give Reapered 0 credit for it and if I’m Sneaky and Jensen, I’m looking for a new org in the offseason.

{quoted} Regional performance does NOT dictate performance at worlds.

No, but it DOES dictate wether or not you get to play at worlds to begin with. If Reapered stuck by his awful coaching decisions this past split, C9 wouldn’t be here to begin with.

wiith the removal of doublelift

Get off the doublelift hype train. He showed how good he was at worlds, and he wasn't. Sneaky has shown that he isnt better, but he actually has a team so he doesn't have to play like MJ in hopes of winning.

Reginald doesn't do anything, like at all. Every time he's asked how his leadership affects TSM he says he keeps a hands-off approach and lets them do what they seem to do. He's the CEO and that's it. Tbh I am glad he isn't coaching them because he hasn't played for 5+ years. Besides, he has to focus on the business side of TSM as the CEO. All the coaches and the players are the ones making the decisions for their LCS team and Reginald has nothing to do with them besides being there for events and cheering them on. I have no idea what's going on with C9's coach at all, so I won't put input. They recently hired CLG's coach and replaced SSONG, so maybe that'll do something idk.

TSM hasn't been at the top of NA (performance wise) since C9 was founded. C9 have had better worlds than TSM as lower seeds many times for 5 years in a row now. Not 1 or 2 years. FIVE damn years.
