This loss could be career ending for Doublelift. Once again, his team does not break out of the group stage. But, NA is a joke region. The fact that I let anyone convince me otherwise for even a second is embarrassing. Once a joke, always a joke. TSM fell squarely on their faces in that last game, just like they started their worlds tour with a face plant. Face plant in, face plant out, I'm sure a few face planted careers too.
Stixxay played far better than Dlift this tournament. Its about time people recognize his skills. If not for Huhi chain feeding with aphro every other game, maybe we could have saw him try to 1v9 some more games.
Hell, lets just stick Stixxay on TSM, and they have their choke artists shore'd up.
doublelift isn't even that good, his 2 jhin games made him doublethrow and he's such a trash talker
Doublelift just plays every game like it's solo queue. He's always doing his own thing and making stupid Rambo moves that get him caught and killed. I'm more hopeful with C9 as their have a legit titan on their team with Impact (he doesn't talk trash, he just gets the job done) and Sneaky, while not as flashy, has good fundamentals making him less prone to dumb decisions. Smoothie reflects the same good fundamentals which is why they work well together. The real question is which Jensen and Meteos are we going to see? If they're both focused and on their game we have still have hope.
I am glad TSM is out simply because I hate Doublelift. He always trash talk so much but plays so poorly. Serves him right.
It's his new curse. Never make it out of groups.

Yea I don't like double lift either. I've watched some of his streams, watched some of his talk and plays at LCS and worlds... and I'm really not impressed. My friend that does none of the above would demolish him in lane, guaranteed.
The guy is completely useless. He needs to be replaced. This year is the year.
