2 Questions. If IMT wins the playoff season, will they get a set of team skins? And what are the chances that we can see Huni pick Quinn again?

No and almost no chance. Team skins are only for Worlds winners. The most you might get for Split playoffs is a bundle including the skins the players used in game.
